Now Hiring: Go High Level Expert for Funnel + CRM Buildout (30–60 Day Project)

We’re looking for a technical Go High Level expert to help us shift all new landing pages, funnels, and CRM operations into GHL.

Note: We’re keeping our main site, member portal, and branded app on Kajabi—but all new marketing assets, lead systems, and automations are moving to Go High Level.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and connect new funnels and landing pages in GHL (we’ll provide the design and copy)
• Set up automations (email + SMS) to engage new leads quickly
• Integrate GHL with our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Build out our CRM from scratch—pipelines, tags, custom fields, and workflows
• Train our internal team via live Zoom calls on how to use and manage GHL
• Create follow-up Loom videos for training refreshers
• Connect GHL to Calendly and other tools via Zapier if needed

Bonus if You:

• Understand direct-response marketing
• Know how to improve conversion in funnel flows
• Can guide us on advanced GHL tools and best practices
• Have experience training non-technical teams to use GHL

What We’ve Got:

• A fully active GHL account with contacts and basic automations already running
• A marketing team handling all copy and visual design
• Kajabi hosting our main site, member portal, and branded app (we’re not replacing that)
• Meta ads already active and generating leads
• No prior CRM—GHL is our first real system

This is a 30–60 day project and we’re ready to start ASAP. If you’re great, this could turn into a long-term role running our whole backend.
