Erik Peterson is one of those entrepreneurs whose determination and spirit is almost contagious. Erik has been active in the real estate business for the last 18 years, with a majority of those years having been with Sequoia Equities, a multifamily real estate investment firm with over $4.2B of assets under management. Erik has acquired approximately $2.5B in assets and over 9000 units, while also working as principal of Equity Consultants Real Estate, an investment firm which invests in retail, land, mobile home parks, multifamily, office, and other financial products. Erik Peterson is a founding partner of Granite Oak Capital, which is a firm focused on mid-stage private equity investments, and is also currently a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, Oregon, and Washington.
